Race Introduction

Raleigh Challenge - Mountain Marathon

Raleigh Hong Kong will organize Raleigh Challenge - Mountain Marathon (“Mountain Marathon”) in 2023. This is a comeback after the event’s last edition in 2013. Mountain Marathon is a charitable orienteering competition. Courses are offered in different distances (approx. 20 to 70 km) and difficulties. Participants may choose to compete in 1-day solo course or in team of 2 to 4 for 2-day course. Mountain Marathon retains its feature. Only the location of the Start Point will be disclosed when near the event date, and the grid reference of the first Check Point will only be announced onsite before the start. Participants will have to design their own route to the check point and upon arrival obtain the grid reference of the next point. We will also arrange designated campsite for participating teams to stay overnight and enjoy the time together. We look forward to seeing you, who are willing to challenge yourself and fight for the honour of "King of Raleigh Mountain"!
